First, we get on a call or two and really understand what’s not working in your current setup. We’ll look at your tools, your data, and what your team actually needs. After that, we sketch out the plan—simple, clear, no jargo
Before jumping into Retool, we create rough flows and wireframes. Basically, we show you how someone would use the tool. You tell us what feels off—we tweak it. No big design show—just making sure it makes sense.
Now we get our hands dirty. We build it out in Retool, connect it to your database or APIs, and make sure it’s working the way you want. You’ll start seeing it take shape early—this isn’t a black box.
Before launch, we run through the tool like your team would. We switch roles, input weird data, and test what happens if someone clicks the wrong thing. If something breaks, we fix it.
Once it’s solid, we deploy it. Whether you’re on AWS, GCP, or something else, we’ll get it live and make sure your team knows how to use it. Nothing fancy—just working software that does the job.
For the first few weeks, if anything’s buggy, we’re on it. After that, if you need us long-term, we’re happy to keep supporting and improving it as your team grows or your needs change.
