We look at your whole business and show you where AI actually pays.
Seven days. One price. You get a written plan that lists every place AI or automation can help you, what each one costs, what it saves, and which to do first. Plus a call where we walk you through all of it.
Every job in your business that AI or automation could take over, scored and put in order. The top of the list is where you start. The bottom is what you can stop worrying about.
How often the job happens.
Whether your data is ready for it.
How hard it is to build
Hours or money it would save

A plan with prices and order
Every tool you pay for, what talks to what, and where your team is copying data by hand. Most businesses find one or two tools they pay for that nothing connects to.
All tools listed with yearly cost
Gaps where data stops moving
Tools you are paying for twice
Hours or money it would save
03
A plan with prices and order
What to build first, second and third, with a price range for each and the reason for the order. Not a wish list. A plan you can hand to anyone.

A call to walk you through it

Most AI projects fail for one reason. They pick the wrong job.
Not because the technology is weak. Because nobody checked whether that job was worth automating before the money was spent.
95%
of company AI pilots showed no real effect on profit, even after an estimated $30–40 billion of spending. The study pointed at poor fit and integration, not weak models.
MIT NANDA — THE GENAI DIVIDE, 2025
40%+
of AI agent projects are expected to be cancelled by the end of 2027, because of rising cost, unclear value and weak controls.
GARTNER, JUNE 2025
How the audit runs.
You give us about two hours in total. We do everything else.
Kickoff call
Forty-five minutes. We learn how your business really runs, not how the org chart says it runs.
DAY 1
We look at your tools
View-only access to your main systems. We follow where data comes in, gets stuck, and gets typed again.
DAY 2 -3
We talk to your team
Two short calls with the people doing the work. This is where the real problems show up.
DAY 3
We score and cost it
We rank every option, work out the numbers, and remove anything that would not pay for itself.
DAY 4-6
Report and walkthrough
Ninety-minute call with your team. Report and files delivered. Recording included.
DAY 7
What is included, and what is not.
Arguments about scope are why consulting jobs go bad. Here is the line, written before you pay.
Included in the $499
Review of up to 4 areas of your business
Check of your current tools and how they connect
Written report, plan and the walkthrough call
Named tool recommendations, build or buy
14 days of email questions after delivery
Not included
Building or setting up anything
Cleaning or moving your data
Software licences or AI usage fees
Detailed technical design drawings
Ongoing monthly advice (that is a separate plan)
One price, shown here, and you get it back.
Most firms hide this number or give the review away free and call it a sales call. We do neither.
The AI Audit
$499
Fixed price. 7 days. No hourly billing and no extra charges.
What’s included:
Ranked list of every AI opportunity
Map of your tools and what they cost
Build plan with prices and order
90-minute walkthrough call, recorded
14 days of follow-up questions
If you ask us to build anything within 60 days, the full $499 comes off that price. So if you work with us, the audit costs you nothing.
Prefer to take the plan to another developer? That is fine. It is written so anyone can follow it.

Step two of three.
Not ready to pay for a review? Start with the free class. It covers the tools and the thinking this audit applies to your own business.
Ours is $499 as a fixed price, delivered in 7 days. Firms in the US and UK usually charge $2,000 to $8,000 for a small business review, and more for larger ones. We charge less because our team is based in Pakistan and works with clients worldwide. The work and the deliverables are the same.
Why not just give a free consultation?
Because a free consultation is a sales call and everyone knows it. Nobody spends a week doing real work for free, so free reviews stay shallow and always point at whatever the firm sells. Charging a small fee is what lets us tell you not to build something.
What if the answer is that we should not spend on AI yet?
Then the report says that, and tells you what to fix first. Usually it is messy data, an unclear process or a missing connection between tools. That answer saves you far more than $499.
Will you work with our current developers or vendors?
Yes, often. We review their proposals, check their estimates and help you hold them to timelines. Being able to read a technical quote properly is one of the more useful things you get here.
How much of our time does it take?
About two hours in total. A 45-minute kickoff call, two short staff calls, and the 90-minute walkthrough at the end.
Can we use the plan with a different developer?
Yes. The report is written so any decent developer or agency can quote from it. You paid for the thinking and it belongs to you. If you want us to build it, you get the $499 back. There is no lock-in.
What size of business is this for?
It works best for businesses with a few repeat processes and a team of 3 to 50 people. If you are just starting out there is usually not enough to review yet.
A 15-minute call to check it is worth doing.
No slides. Tell us what your business does and we will say honestly whether a $499 review will pay for itself for you.
