Starter build

One workflow or one agent, connecting two or three tools. Where most clients begin, and often all they need.
A system nobody looks after becomes a problem in about four months. Here is what happens after we hand over.
Support included
Thirty to sixty days after go-live, depending on the size of the build. If something does not work the way we agreed, we fix it free. That is a fault, not a new request, and we do not blur the two.
Monthly maintenance
Monitoring, handling changes made by other companies to their systems, small adjustments and a promised response time. From 10% of the build price per year. Optional, and you can stop any time.
You own it all
The workflows, the code, the logins and the documents are yours and sit in your own accounts. Nothing stops working if you stop paying us. If you want to move it in-house or elsewhere, you can.
Step three of three.
If you already know what you want built, start here. If you are not sure it is the right thing to build, the $499 audit costs less than finding out the expensive way.
Our projects start at $4,000. One workflow or agent across two or three tools is usually $4,000 to $5,000 over three to four weeks. A connected build for a whole department is $10,000 to $12,000 over five to eight weeks. Full custom platforms start at $12,000 and are quoted in stages. US and UK agencies usually charge two to four times these prices for the same work.
Do we have to change our current tools?
Almost never. We connect to what you already run, including Podio, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo and Airtable. We only suggest replacing a tool when it genuinely blocks what you want, and we explain exactly why.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
We plan for that before we build. Every system has a confidence level, a queue where a person checks anything below it, and a full log of what the system decided and why. For anything involving money, contracts or promises to customers, a person always checks first.
How soon will we see a return?
It depends on what we automate, and anyone who gives you one number for every business is guessing. What we do promise is to agree the measure with you before we start, such as hours saved, response time or error rate, and to check it after go-live.
Can you build AI agents?
Yes. This used to be a separate page on our site. It now sits here, because in real life an agent is one part of a bigger system. An agent with no connections, no error handling and nobody checking it is a demo, not a working tool.
We already had an AI project fail. Can you help?
Often, yes, and it is useful to know. Most failures come down to four things. The wrong job was picked, the data was not ready, nobody inside the company owned it, or nobody agreed what success looked like. We will want to know which one it was before quoting.
Who owns the finished system?
You do. The workflows, code, documents and logins live in your own accounts and are handed over in full. There is no hidden layer that stops working if you stop paying us.
You are in Pakistan. How does that work for us?
We work with clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and the UAE, and we keep hours that overlap with yours for calls. Everything is done in-house by our own team. Being based in Pakistan is why a build that costs $15,000 elsewhere costs $5,000 here, with the same work behind it.
