Send us any proposal or contract from another vendor. We tell you what is missing, what is overpriced, and what to push back on. This alone often covers the fee.

This one is optional.
The three steps below are the main path. This plan sits beside them and you can join or leave at any point.
The audit is a one-time review. We study your business for seven days and give you a written plan and a walkthrough call. It answers "what should we do?". This plan is ongoing help after that, for questions that come up month by month. Most clients buy the audit and never need this. That is fine.
Will you only recommend things you can build?
No, and the monthly cancel is what makes that believable. Often the right answer is a tool we have no interest in, or waiting three months. If we only ever pointed at our own work you would notice fast and cancel, which is exactly the check the no-contract rule creates.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract and no notice period. Tell us and the plan stops at the end of that month. We would rather earn it every month than lock you in.
Will you work with our current developers or vendors?
Yes, often. We review their proposals, check their estimates and help you hold them to timelines. Being able to read a technical quote properly is one of the more useful things you get here.
What does AI consulting normally cost?
US and UK firms usually charge $3,000 to $15,000 a month for advisory work, or $200 to $400 an hour. We charge $750 a month because our team is in Pakistan and works with clients worldwide. The advice comes from people who build these systems, not from a slide deck.
Do we need to have done the audit first?
No, but it helps. Without it, the first month is mostly us learning your business, which the audit would have covered faster and cheaper. If you have a specific question rather than a general one, the $250 single session is usually the better buy.
